At Boucle Fabric Store, we understand that fabric purchases are significant, and fabric refunds can be complicated due to the nature of the product. Since fabrics are cut specifically to your order, they are non-returnable once the fabric has been cut.

All of our fabrics are rigorously tested to meet high-quality standards, including durability. Please refer to the individual product page for specific details, such as whether the fabric is anti-pilling.

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, we can accept returns on orders of 40+ yards for store credit only. The fabric must be returned in its original condition. As we do not have a physical store, please contact us at support@boucle-fabric.com for return instructions and shipping details.
